These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of https://allinmeatstore.com, as well as purchases made through the online store operated by All In Meat LLC (“All In Meat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and the other applicable policies published on the website. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete a purchase.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Website
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your place of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and to provide truthful, complete, and current information. You may not use the website to commit fraud, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, violate the rights of others, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the website when there is a reasonable indication of fraud, abuse, a security risk, or a violation of these Terms.
3. Products and Product Information
We sell frozen, refrigerated, and other perishable food products. We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, weights, volumes, ingredients, storage information, and prices accurately. However:
-
Images are for illustrative purposes, and minor differences in appearance, cut, shape, color, or packaging may occur;
-
Products of animal origin may have natural variations;
-
Packaging or labeling supplied by a manufacturer may be updated;
-
Product availability may change without notice.
If there is a discrepancy, customers should follow the mandatory information on the physical product label and packaging, particularly information concerning ingredients, allergens, storage, expiration or use-by dates, and preparation.
Obvious material errors in a description, price, or availability may be corrected. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer to offer a correction, an appropriate alternative, or cancellation with a refund.
4. Ingredients, Allergens, and Dietary Needs
The customer is responsible for reviewing the product label, ingredient list, and allergen information before consuming or serving any product.
Although reasonable precautions are taken, products may be manufactured, handled, stored, or packaged in facilities that also process allergens. Customers with food allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary restrictions should contact us before purchasing if they require additional information.
No information presented on the website is intended to replace medical, nutritional, or other professional healthcare advice.
5. Prices, Promotions, and Taxes
Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) and may change before an order is completed. Promotions, discounts, coupons, and offers:
-
Are subject to the stated conditions and promotional period;
-
May be limited by quantity, region, or eligibility;
-
Have no cash value;
-
May not be combined unless expressly permitted;
-
May be discontinued or corrected in the event of an obvious error, fraud, or abuse.
Taxes applicable to products, delivery charges, or other amounts will be calculated as required by law and displayed at checkout. The total presented for approval before payment will include the amounts applicable to the order.
6. Placing, Reviewing, and Accepting Orders
By completing checkout, the customer submits an offer to purchase the selected items. Receipt of an automated confirmation or payment authorization does not, by itself, mean that the order has been finally accepted.
Before accepting and preparing an order, we may verify product availability, payment, the delivery address, the service area, and indications of fraud.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
-
Product unavailability;
-
An address outside our service area;
-
Payment failure or rejection;
-
A reasonable suspicion of fraud or unauthorized use;
-
A material pricing or description error;
-
A quantity inconsistent with ordinary consumer purchases or available inventory;
-
An operational condition or other circumstance that may compromise food safety.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will refund the corresponding amount to the original payment method whenever possible.
7. Payment
The customer represents that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Payments are processed by third-party providers made available at checkout and may also be subject to those providers’ terms and verification procedures.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to confirm the purchaser’s identity, validate a transaction, or prevent fraud. We are not responsible for a decline, hold, or processing period imposed by a bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
8. Local Delivery
Orders placed through the store are currently fulfilled through local delivery to selected ZIP Codes in Central Florida, subject to availability shown at checkout. We do not currently offer nationwide shipping, international delivery, or shipment by common carrier unless a different delivery method is expressly made available at checkout.
The minimum order, delivery fees, service zones, delivery days, cutoff times, and other conditions are described in our Shipping and Local Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Order confirmation does not guarantee same-day delivery or an exact delivery time. Delivery dates and windows may depend on the region, route, time the order was placed, product availability, and operational capacity.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, unit number, telephone number, access codes, and delivery instructions. Costs or consequences of another delivery attempt caused by incorrect information, lack of access, or another circumstance attributable to the customer will be handled in accordance with the Shipping and Local Delivery Policy.
9. Receipt, Risk, and Storage
We recommend that someone be available to receive the order. When the customer authorizes an unattended delivery, the driver may leave the order at the designated location or in a place reasonably considered safe.
An order will be considered delivered when delivery to the address provided by the customer has been confirmed. At that time, the customer must promptly retrieve and store the products according to the label and packaging instructions.
All In Meat is not responsible for deterioration caused by the customer’s delay in retrieving the order, prolonged heat exposure, lack of refrigeration, improper storage, or improper handling after delivery. This provision does not limit our responsibility for a condition that existed before or at the time of delivery.
10. Frozen and Refrigerated Products and Food Safety
Frozen products should be placed in the freezer as soon as possible after receipt. Refrigerated products should be kept at the temperature stated on the label or packaging.
If a product arrives thawed, damaged, with compromised packaging, at an apparently unsafe temperature, or in any other condition that may affect its quality or safety, do not consume it. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide the information and photographs described in our Refund and Return Policy.
The 24-hour notice period helps us investigate issues involving perishable products and does not eliminate any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Cancellations, Order Issues, and Refunds
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they enter preparation or processing for delivery. Once an order has been prepared, packed, dispatched, or placed on a delivery route, cancellation may no longer be possible because of the perishable nature of the products.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of perishable food products after delivery, except when a product is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, compromised, or when otherwise required by applicable law.
The procedures, supporting information, timeframes, and potential remedies—including replacement, store credit, or a refund for the affected item—are described in our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
12. Recalls
If a product sold by us becomes subject to a recall issued by the manufacturer, distributor, or appropriate government authority, the customer should not consume the affected product and must follow the instructions in the recall notice.
We will comply with applicable legal obligations and inform affected customers of the available remedy, which may include replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the circumstances and recall instructions.
13. Customer Accounts
If the website allows customers to create accounts, each customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity conducted through their account, except when that activity results from a security failure not attributable to the customer.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require a password reset, identity confirmation, or other reasonable security measures.
14. Intellectual Property
The content of the website, including our trade name, logos, trademarks, photographs, text, videos, graphics, visual selection, and proprietary materials, is owned by All In Meat LLC or used with permission.
Access to the website does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
15. Reviews, Comments, and User-Submitted Content
By submitting a review, photograph, comment, or other content for publication on the website or through our channels, you represent that you have the necessary rights and grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our operations and marketing.
We will not knowingly publish sensitive personal information without authorization. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, false, offensive, fraudulent, discriminatory, infringes the rights of others, or is unrelated to the customer’s experience with our products or services.
16. Third-Party Services and Shopify
Our store uses the Shopify platform and may use third-party providers for payments, communications, analytics, fraud prevention, and other functions. Those third parties may have separate terms and policies governing use of their services.
Shopify provides the technological infrastructure for the store but is not the seller of products purchased through this website. The purchase contract is between the customer and All In Meat LLC.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control or assume responsibility for third-party content, availability, or practices, except to the extent required by law.
17. Privacy and Electronic Communications
Our processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
By providing an email address or telephone number during a purchase, the customer authorizes All In Meat and the service providers used to fulfill the order to send communications reasonably necessary for the transaction, such as order confirmations, payment updates, delivery information, contact from the driver, safety or recall notices, and customer support messages. The primary purpose of these communications is not advertising.
Promotional messages sent by SMS or another automated system will be sent only when the customer has provided specific, clear, and separate consent where required by applicable law. Consent to receive marketing is not a condition of purchase. The customer may revoke that consent using the method stated in the message, including by replying STOP when that option is available. Message and data rates may apply.
Promotional emails will identify the sender and provide a method to unsubscribe from future marketing messages. Revoking consent to marketing does not prevent us from sending communications strictly necessary for active orders, product safety, recalls, or legal obligations.
18. Website Availability and Security
We use reasonable efforts to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider failures, attacks, connection problems, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect the service.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for losses caused solely by a temporary interruption that does not result from All In Meat’s willful misconduct, gross negligence, or violation of a legal obligation.
19. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including obligations relating to food safety, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All In Meat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from the use of, or inability to use, the website.
Our responsibility for damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or compromised products will be evaluated according to the facts, these Terms, our policies, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended as an advance waiver of a customer’s mandatory legal rights.
20. Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, accidents, road closures, power outages, widespread system failures, public emergencies, government action, supplier interruptions, or unexpected mechanical problems.
In those circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide an appropriate solution, taking into account the perishable nature of the order.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The current version will be published on this page with the date of the latest update.
Changes will not be applied retroactively to orders already accepted unless required by law or more favorable to the customer. Use of the website and new purchases after publication will be subject to the version then in effect.
22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and purchases made through the website are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States, without limiting any mandatory rights that may apply to the customer.
Before initiating a formal dispute, we encourage the customer to contact us so that we may attempt to reach a direct, good-faith resolution. If the matter is not resolved, the dispute may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or a waiver of the right to participate in a class action.
23. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure to exercise or enforce a right promptly does not waive that right.
24. Entire Agreement and Related Policies
These Terms, together with the Shipping and Local Delivery Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice published on the website, constitute the agreement applicable to use of the store and customer purchases.
If there is a conflict concerning a specific subject, the policy that addresses that subject more specifically will control, provided it is consistent with applicable law.
25. Languages
We may make these Terms available in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. The versions are intended to be interpreted consistently. If a discrepancy cannot be reconciled, this English version will control to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
